This year we will be sending out a WhatsApp broadcast to announce the start of activities, meals and opening and closing ceremony’s, etc.
So please keep an eye on your phone for announcements.

6.30pm – 7:00pm: Opening Ceremony and AGM
7:00pm – Dinner

9.00am – 10:00am: Breakfast
10.30am – 12.30pm: Activities (see below for more information)
12.30pm – 2.30pm: Lunch
2.30pm – 4.30pm: Activities
4.30pm – 5.30pm: Performances
5.30pm – 6.30pm: Free time
6.00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner
8:00pm – Campfire and songs
